For example, the program outlined on this page is a very affordable 12-week program and is designed to prepare you for a career in the music industry. Our goal is to improve your live performance, demo music, presentation and marketability, to make you more attractive to record labels. It starts with an evaluation of your vocal performance, stage presence, image, etc. Then we provide coaching, development and the production of a 3 song demo.

Artist Development “Road to Success”The first step in our artist development process is to understand exactly what level the aspiring artist is at in terms of their talent, knowledge of the business, direction and goals. Most artists begin by working with our vocal coach, practicing original and cover songs; either developing a singing foundation or working to expand or improve an established foundation.
This program will prepare artists for working in and around the recording studio environment by providing them with an understanding of the workings of music, production, and recording, as well as crucial listening and performance skills.
- Introduction to the music business
- Ear training and listening skills
- Song structuring, dynamics, composition
- Vocal development sessions
- Recording and production of three original songs

Because we are an indie record label and management company, we offer additional services to those that complete the artist development program. This services include:

Program Schedule – Schedule subject to change based on client and studio availability.
Week 1 - Vocal, performance and song evaluation (video taped for review), Career coaching (on-going), Setting Program Schedule (to be based on Clients’ availability and production schedule).
Week 2 - Meetings with producer (s) and songwriter(s) to develop new songs for project. Track selections begin, vocal training begins along with fitness training and rehearsals.
Week 3 - Image consulting, Meetings with photographer to conceptualize the photo shoot.
Week 4 – Google Hangouts and phone consultation with Industry Leading Executive. *This is very informative as this individual will give you information vital to your your future success in the Entertainment Industry.
Week 5 - Client in studio for 1st Recording Session
Week 6 - Press Kit Planning Meeting
Week 7 - In Studio (Recording)
Week 8 - In Studio (Recording)
Week 9 - Artwork Design meeting....... (Flyers, Posters, and CD's)
Week 10 - Order Promotional materials. Final Mixing and Mastering of CD.
Week 11 - Select Single for mass promotion, begin radio service, and social media campaign
Week 12 – Official Single Release
